Whether you realize it or not, leadership is about listening, not speaking. Being yourself is counter-cultural, in a society where conformity is expected. Faith is believing in someone greater than yourself, and thus being willing to follow makes you qualified to lead others. Despite natural inclinations, a leader can be created, shaped and molded from your life. The question is who is doing the shaping and molding. (my thoughts on the above quotes)
